Alex Brasher is an experienced Information Technology professional with a solid background in both technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician and Junior Systems Administrator at Thatcher Company since September 2019, Alex specializes in resolving client-side software, hardware, and network issues, as well as managing network devices, virtual machines, and security groups within Azure Active Directory. Previous roles include Computer Specialist at Murphys Ammo and Firearms, where responsibilities included website design and e-store management, and an intern position at CenturyLink, where Alex contributed to application development and UX improvements. Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Louisiana Tech University.
