Cornelius Cole has extensive experience in engineering and project management within telecommunications, particularly focused on decommissioning and configuring core network equipment across the EMEA region. At CommScope, Cornelius served as a Decommissioning Engineer and Decommissioning Coordinator, leading teams to enhance processes and manage technical projects involving various vendor core routers and switches in Google data centers. Prior to this, Cornelius held roles as a Decom Tester for Google at ARRIS, a Network Installation Engineer at Inclarity, and a Technical System Support Engineer at Highways Agency. Academic qualifications include a BEng (Hons) in Telecommunication & Computer Networking from London South Bank University, a Full-Stack Web Developer certification from Le Wagon, and an HNC in Software Engineering from South Thames College.
