Karen Huckstep is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, administration, and support services. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator at Thanet Earth since March 2019, Karen previously held a role as Clerk to Governors at Kent Catholic Schools' Partnership and worked as a Data/Exam Assistant at Duke of York’s Royal Military School. With a significant tenure as a Children and Youth Support Worker at East Kent Mencap, Karen provided essential support to children and young people with special needs. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at KCC - Cliftonville Primary School and as a Fire Safety Administrator at Kent Fire and Rescue Service. Educational credentials were obtained at Dane Court Grammar School, completed from 1986 to 1993.
