Steve Humphries has extensive experience in water systems operations, having worked at Thames Water since December 1985, where roles have included Senior Control Engineer, Licence to Operate Assessor, and Senior Systems Operator. Responsibilities encompass supporting the competency framework for Systems Operations and overseeing strategic control operations. Prior to Thames Water, Steve served as a Supply Specialist for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (MOD) from June 1976 to May 1985, focusing on supply logistics for the Royal Navy. Education includes training at Indefatigable Nautical Training School from 1974 to 1976.
