Angelo Aguilar is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and systems engineering within the water industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer in Capital Delivery at Thames Water since 2021, Angelo is responsible for defining emergency works and developing project solutions. Previously, Angelo worked at Southern Water as an Area Risk Specialist, facilitating organizational transformation through the implementation of tactical work processes. As a Civil Engineer at Mott MacDonald, Angelo led a major project for a key client, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary design team. Early career roles included Wastewater Network Modeller at Thames Water, Project Manager at Hyder Consulting, and Head of Water Supply Management at Maynilad Water Services, Inc., contributing to significant operational efficiencies in water distribution and management. Angelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapúa University.
