Colby Sipson is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Application Development Team Leader at Thames Valley Police since January 2021. Prior to this role, Colby held multiple positions at Mitie from October 2008 to January 2021, including Development Manager for Client Solutions and Interim Head of Development. Colby also worked at ZyXEL as a Corporate Intelligence Programmer and Corporate Information Engineer from 2005 to 2008, and at Astron as a Software Developer from November 2001 to August 2005. Early experience includes a Software Developer role at Dunn And Bradstreet from June 1997 to August 2001, focusing on software development within the NIKE team using C++, NSDK, and Natstar.
