Shannon Routledge serves as the Business Development Manager at Thalgo UK Ltd since July 2022 and has held a similar position at the International Institute for Anti-Ageing since September 2015. In these roles, Shannon covers the north east and Yorkshire area, manages a portfolio of existing salon accounts, and is responsible for driving growth in customer spending by developing new business opportunities and providing support. Shannon collaborates with three brands: Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ Skin Care, and Jane Iredale make-up.
