Dan Williams is an experienced professional specializing in cybersecurity and hardware security modules (HSM). Currently serving as an HSM Solution Architect at Thales Trusted Cyber Technologies since April 2024, Dan supports US Federal market customers, particularly in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, by providing expertise in the Thales TCT Luna HSM platform. Prior to this role, Dan was a Federal Sales Engineer at Entrust from May 2019 to March 2024, where technical expertise was offered for the nShield HSM platform. Dan also held the position of Senior Sales Engineer at Thales eSecurity and worked as a PKI Engineer at ProTegus LLC, developing architecture for PKI enclaves. Earlier experience includes a Lead Associate role at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on identity and access management for PKI solutions, and positions as a Senior IA Analyst at Northrop Grumman and Software Engineer at Raytheon. Dan holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
