Jean-Pierre FAYE is the New Products & Business Manager at THALES Land & Air Systems since January 2018 and has been with THALES RAYTHEON Systems since January 1999, serving in roles such as R&D Strategy and R&D Manager. FAYE's work focuses on the R&D strategy for the new TRS C2 Air defence systems, including market analysis, user needs identification, and the development of new concepts and technical proposals. This includes seeking funding from the French Ministry of Defence for various R&D initiatives. Jean-Pierre FAYE holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
