Thibaut Argagnon currently serves as a Resource Manager in the Technical Management department at Thales, where responsibilities include managing KPI and weekly reports and overseeing financial monitoring, as well as recruiting and allocating resources for project management. Prior to this role, Thibaut held the position of Talent Identifier at MRL Consulting SARL, focusing on the Embedded Systems and Automotive Division, where duties included identifying and headhunting talents for middle and top management positions, conducting technical skills assessments, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Thibaut completed the Programme Grande École at IPAG Business School.
