Rob Green is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in munitions and aerospace, currently serving as Head of Discipline for Munitions and Engineering Capability Manager at Thales - Australian Munitions since July 2021. Previously, Rob held senior roles at Babcock Australia & New Zealand, contributing to key defense programs, and was VP of Engineering at RUAG Australia, managing the Design Organisation. Rob's career began in the Australian Army, where significant leadership was demonstrated over a two-decade span, including roles such as Chief Engineer for Army Aircraft and Aircraft Structural Integrity Manager. Rob holds multiple degrees, including a Masters of Management Studies and a Masters of Engineering Science from UNSW, as well as an MBA in Technology Management from Deakin University.
