Alister Busch is an experienced Software Engineering Manager at Thales Australia, where a career began in September 2006. Responsibilities include oversight of Air Traffic Management projects, specifically LORADS III. Alister has progressed through various roles, starting as a Graduate Software Engineer and advancing to Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead positions on notable projects such as the Australian Distributed Architecture Combat System (ADACS) and Sydney Ferries' Ferry Operations and Customer Information System (FOCIS). Prior experience includes work as an Electronic Technician for the Department of Defence of Australia from January 1994 to October 2001. Alister holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Information Systems from Murdoch University.
