Naleen Gamage is an accomplished engineering and management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Solution Engineering Manager at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since July 2020, Naleen has previously held roles such as Industrial Architect and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to that, Naleen worked at Airbus Defence and Space as Lead Manufacturing Engineer and at Zodiac Aerospace as New Product Introduction Engineer. Naleen's expertise includes engineering support for high-end customers, project management, CAD design, composite manufacturing processes, and lean quality management techniques. Naleen also has experience in retail management from Asda, where leadership encompassed accountability for a sales sector generating £20 million annually. Naleen holds a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, and an MSc and BEng in Engineering Projects and Systems Management and Aircraft Engineering from Kingston University, respectively.
