Ian Anderson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in radio frequency (RF) systems, currently serving as a Hardware Engineering Manager and Principal Systems Engineer at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since March 2018. With previous roles at Harris RF Communications as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer and Exelis as a Hardware Engineer, Ian has demonstrated expertise in RF subsystem design, network planning, and systems troubleshooting. Notably, Ian has led significant projects within various organizations, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI, ensuring robust engineering practices and technical guidance. Ian holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electromagnetics and Antenna Theory from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
