Filip Tacq currently serves as the Head of Projects at Thales Defense & Security, Inc., leading the Project Management team to implement best practices focused on people, processes, and tools. Previously, Filip held various project management leadership roles at Ypto, including Project Management Center of Excellence Manager and Project Management Practice Manager, improving project management processes through training and governance. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Belgian Defence, Manager of Competence Center and Project Management at Verisure Belgium, and Sr. Manager of Project Management at Verizon Enterprise Solutions. Filip has a comprehensive educational background, including a Mini-MBA from the European Institute of Leadership and Management and a Master's degree from the School of Business and Trade.
