Stefania Gemma is an accomplished aerospace engineer and project manager with extensive experience in structural design, analysis, and project management within the aerospace sector. Currently at Thales Alenia Space since September 2016, Stefania oversees antenna mechanical design and verification, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and budget constraints while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previous roles include stress engineering positions at Airworks S.r.l. and consultancy work with NASA Langley Research Center, where Stefania contributed to multidisciplinary design and optimization of innovative aircraft concepts. Stefania holds a PhD in Aeronautical and Space Technologies and has a strong academic foundation with degrees in Aeronautical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
