Luc Delamotte serves as the Lean & Agile Engineering Maturity Leader at Thales Alenia Space since November 2022, focusing on improving engineering practices for enhanced customer satisfaction. Previously, at Thales from April 2012 to February 2023, Luc led the definition and deployment of lean engineering practices across the global Thales Group. Luc's earlier experience includes project management for the Satellite Management Segment of a telecom dual system at Thales Alenia Space, as well as leadership roles in system engineering for the European Navigation Satellite System Egnos. Luc contributed to innovative developments in DVB-RCS Satcom products and was involved in defining the DVB-S2 standard. Educational qualifications include an Ingénieur Télécom degree from Télécom Paris and a Maîtrise de Physique from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
