Arden has a background in yacht racing as a navigator and has held roles as a Director at Marble Hill Partners and a Consultant at Calibre One. Arden is also involved as a Development Partner at MQ: Transforming Mental Health and is currently a Fellow at NHS Innovation Accelerator. Arden studied Marine Navigation Science at the University of Plymouth.
