Shirley McNutt, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Technical Trainer at TH Foods, Inc. since August 2016, where responsibilities include the development and documentation of technical training programs. Previously, Shirley held the position of Sr. Training Specialist at Clear Lam Packaging, Inc. from September 2005 to August 2016, overseeing the design and execution of training sessions in collaboration with senior management and creating training materials alongside subject matter experts.
