Penny Vyskocil is an experienced professional in the food safety and regulatory affairs sectors, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at TH Foods Inc. since June 2022 and as Principal at Anchor Food Safety LLC since May 2019. Prior roles include Regulatory Affairs Manager and Quality Manager at Aldi, and Quality Manager at General Mills for nearly 27 years. Penny Vyskocil has a strong focus on fostering a food safety culture through leadership and education, having created a shared platform for Human & Food Safety Training. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Food Law from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University.
