Hipolito Sanchez III is a seasoned R&D professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as R&D Manager at TH Foods Inc. since May 2015. Previously, Sanchez held the position of Vice President of Innovation and Research at Zentis North America, where leadership in developing innovative projects for the yogurt industry significantly contributed to company growth through three strategic pillars: Business Development, Strategic Projects, and Technology Development. Prior roles include Director of Research and Development at Zentis, where collaboration with customers led to notable product launches, and Senior Technologist at Del Monte Foods, focusing on new ventures and product development. Sánchez holds an MBA, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Biological Engineering with a focus on Food Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
