Samuel Epstein is the current COO at Tgi Solar Power Gr, and they have held this position since May 2015. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch from December 2008 to May 2015. During their time at Merrill Lynch, Epstein was responsible for equity trading, portfolio sales, and PIA portfolio management. Samuel was also a member of the Circle of Excellence and the President and Director of Merrill Lynch Clubs. In addition to their work at Merrill Lynch, Epstein is also the President of Geoval Consulting LLC, a strategic consultancy focused on project funding in public and private equity. Samuel has also worked on aquifer preservation and maintance in newly developed urban areas. Epstein has experience in a variety of areas, including US offshore East and West coasts, Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida, North Dakota, Montana, California, Oregon, Honduras, Mexico, Israel, Egypt, Red Sea, Offshore Canada, Cuba Ecuador Columbia, Panama, and the Bahamas.

Samuel Epstein has a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from Brooklyn College. Samuel also has certification from the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists in Board Certified Geoscientist, the Louisiana Board of Professional Geoscientists in Professional Geoscientist, and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Investor Decision Making. Additionally, Samuel Epstein has certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education in Buy Sell Psychological Responses and Strategies, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Merrill Lynch Custom Investment Program, and FINRA in Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor Law, Series 8 General securities Sales Supervisor Exam 9 Options module and General module), and Series 3 Managed Futures Exam.
