Tim Hillman has a diverse work experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Tim is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at TG Therapeutics, Inc. since July 2018. Prior to this, they held the same role at Fortress Biotech from June 2010 to July 2018.

Before joining Fortress Biotech, Tim worked as the Sr. Director of Business Development & Strategic Planning at Gentium S.p.A. (now Jazz Pharmaceuticals) from December 2007 to March 2010. Tim also served as the Director of Corporate and Business Development at Mylan from November 2006 to December 2007, and at Mayne (now Hospira) from 2004 to 2006.

Tim started their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various finance management roles, including Finance Manager of Sales Analytics from 2003 to 2004, and Finance Manager of Business Development from 1999 to 2003.

Before entering the industry, Tim gained research experience as a Sr. Research Assistant at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from December 1996 to August 1998.

Tim Hillman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1993. Tim then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from Rice University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Tim later attended Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 1998 to 2000, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance.
