Stephen S. has extensive experience in material and production supervision, currently holding the position of Area Lead at TFT Global Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as a Production Supervisor at Emterra Environmental and spent nearly a decade at SYNCREON as a Material Supervisor, where responsibilities included the supervision of 60 unionized employees and inventory management of over 3000 parts. Stephen began their career in materials management at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, overseeing vendor and part control for the GM Oshawa Truck Plant. Additional experience includes inspecting rural mailboxes and ensuring safety compliance for Canada Post. Stephen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Durham College and completed high school with a focus on Math and Science at CDCI West.
