Vincent Brigagliano currently serves as an Environmental Permitting Specialist at TFMoran since March 2023. Previously, from May 2021 to October 2022, Vincent worked as a Horticulturist Educator and Intern for the City of Portsmouth, NH, where responsibilities included designing, planting, and maintaining Prescott Park gardens and other green spaces, along with taking on a supervisory role for new interns in the second year. Vincent Brigagliano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability from the University of New Hampshire, completed in May 2023.
