Elizabeth (Libby) Hayden has extensive experience in the field of family services, currently serving as the Events and Volunteer Coordinator at TFI Family Services, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Community Liaison Coordinator at TFI Family Services from August 2017 to November 2020, focusing on the recruitment and retention of foster families. Elizabeth also worked at Ozark Guidance Center as a Medical Services Assistant from November 2010 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing doctors' schedules, coordinating Medicaid screenings, and training new doctors on electronic medical records. Earlier in their career, Elizabeth contributed to TFI Family Services from August 2005 to August 2010 in recruitment and retention, successfully recruiting and training new foster families for Kansas licensed Foster Homes and providing updates for existing foster families.
