Dave Hamilton is a Principal Software Engineer who has worked at Text-Em-All since 2018. Prior to that, they were a Principal Consultant at Improving Enterprises from 2011 to 2018. Dave also worked at Microsoft as a Delivery Architect from 2001 to 2011. Before joining Microsoft, Dave worked as an Independent Software Engineer, where they provided advice on software engineering processes and architectures. Dave was also the Development Director at BayDweller, where they mentored a team and advised on project management and design. Dave began their career as a Software Engineer at Optical Data Systems and E-Systems, where they worked on various projects involving software and firmware development.

Dave Hamilton attended Texas A&M University from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering.
