Reni Fitria Alizar is an experienced production and quality management professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Production Manager at Texon since June 2019, Reni has previously held key positions such as Assistant Plant Manager at INNOVATIVE PLASTIC PACKAGING, where notable achievements include optimizing the plant layout according to GMP standards. Reni also contributed significantly as Warehouse Manager at PT Mutiara Asia Cosmetic by developing standard operating procedures for warehouse processes. Earlier roles included Production Head at Soman Indonesia, where Reni created quality plans and production schedules, and Supervisor of Quality Control at Astrindo Senayasa, responsible for establishing process documentation. Additionally, Reni began the career as a QC Staff at PT Pertama Precision Bintan, focusing on product quality improvements.
