Aletha Williams, PhD, serves as a Site Coordinator and Lecturer at Texas Tech University. With a background in customer service roles at The Home Depot and experience as a Mentor Teacher with Edifying Teachers, Aletha has also worked as an Instructional Coach with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and as a Credit Recovery Coordinator and Graduation Coach for Katy ISD. Aletha holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on STEM Education (Science Education) from Texas Tech University, completed between January 2013 and May 2022, as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Educational/Instructional Technology from Full Sail University, earned from 2008 to 2009.
