Vickie Ballard has extensive experience in database administration and system management, currently serving as the Donation Database Administrator at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children since September 1997, where responsibilities include the administration of the Raiser's Edge donor database. Prior to this role, Vickie worked as a Systems Administrator at The Arc from August 1988 to September 1997, overseeing all systems, hardware upgrades, software upgrades, and also acted as the Raiser's Edge database administrator.
