Jimena Perez, MA, currently serves as Grants Manager at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, overseeing grant and financial planning, tracking, reporting, and personnel management since March 2020. Previously, Jimena held the position of Assistant Grants Manager, where responsibilities included managing reporting deadlines, supporting grant applications, and training staff on grant requirements. Experience also includes roles as Executive Coordinator at CODG, where contract negotiation and financial management were key tasks, and Grants Contract Manager at RGV Literacy Center. Jimena's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad CEU San Pablo and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Our Lady of the Lake University, complemented by a certification in Social Media Management from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
