Angela Johnston has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on various aspects such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee support. Angela currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Texas Pacific Land Corporation (TPL) since 2019. Prior to that, Angela worked as the Human Resources Manager at Provident Realty Advisors from 2014 to 2019, where they successfully converted payroll systems and implemented a 401(k) plan. Angela also served as the Administrative Analyst, Finance and Administration at U.S. Residential Group from 2011 to 2014. Before that, Angela held the role of Director of Human Resources at U.S. Residential Group from 2010 to 2011, where they provided HR support to employees across multiple states and oversaw benefits administration for over 500 employees.
