Luis R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Notary Public in the State of Texas since April 2023, Luis previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Clay Consulting, LLC, where strategic HR initiatives were developed and executed across various areas. Prior to this, as Human Resources Manager at Black Rifle Coffee Company, Luis managed the complete staffing process while fostering employee development through tailored training and performance management programs.
