Gordon Terpening, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Construction Controller at Texas Materials since October 2019, Gordon Terpening supports the VP of Finance with financial management and reporting, leading the construction WIP review process and SOX controls for revenue recognition. Prior roles include Plant Controller at ePac Flexible Packaging, where Gordon Terpening spearheaded financial analysis and accounting procedures in a startup environment, and VP of Operational Finance at Hellas Construction, Inc., providing strategic financial reporting to executive management. Earlier career experiences include positions as Accounting Manager, Project Accountant, and Staff Accountant at Railroad Controls Limited, where Gordon Terpening managed full-cycle accounting operations and performed critical project financial analyses.
