NING DONG is a Software Engineer at Texas Instruments, having joined the company in February 2006. In this role, NING is responsible for the development of the in-house circuit simulator TISPICE and defining its software architecture. Prior to this position, NING completed two internships at Texas Instruments in 2004 and 2005, focusing on software development within the TISPICE group. NING holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2000 and 2006, and a Master of Science in Microelectronics from Tsinghua University, obtained from 1992 to 2000.
