Arindam Chatterjee is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as HR Leader at Texas Instruments since July 2022, Arindam previously held significant roles at McAfee, including Head Human Resources for India and Head Talent Acquisition for the Asia-Pacific region, from March 2017 to July 2022. At IBM India Pvt. Ltd., Arindam was the Associate Director of HR Delivery - Mobility and led recruitment efforts for the Global Business Services. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Dell from March 2007 to September 2010. Arindam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, completed in 1994.
