Robert Shaffer is an experienced IT executive currently serving as Vice President of IT Service Delivery at Texas Health Resources since October 2024. Prior to this role, Robert held multiple leadership positions at Fossil from February 2013 to October 2024, including Vice President of IT Enterprise Systems, where responsibilities encompassed strategic execution of the enterprise systems application portfolio, and Vice President of Global Shared Services, which involved transforming IT's managed service provider operations. Earlier in the career, Robert was Vice President of Application Development at JCPenney from July 2007 to December 2012, overseeing digital commerce and supply chain applications. Robert's extensive background also includes senior roles at Southwest Airlines and Eastman Kodak Health Group, as well as an initial career as a software engineer at E-Systems.
