Scott Hallam is currently serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP. Prior to this, Scott held various senior management positions at Williams, Access Midstream, Chesapeake Energy, and Dominion Energy. With a Bachelor of Science from Ashland University, and Master of Science and Master of Business Administration from The University of Findlay, Scott has a strong background in managing midstream services in the Utica shale asset grouping. Their responsibilities include overseeing engineering, construction, and operations of natural gas and liquids pipeline and facilities.
