Pasha Merrikh, P.E. currently serves as a Procurement Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation since April 2022. Prior to this role, Pasha worked as a Field Engineer at CivilTech, a Woolpert Company, from July 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included project engineering for the construction and inspection of significant infrastructure, such as the Sam Houston Tollway East and bridge inspections. Earlier experience includes a position as a Field Engineer at Sam-Construction Services, LLC from June 2015 to July 2019, managing the 610/290 interchange project valued at nearly 500 million dollars, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards as a Project Engineer since 2015. Pasha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston between 2006 and 2010.
