Janet Shook has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as Office Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation since October 2019. Previously, Janet held multiple roles, including Risk Analyst and Customer Service Supervisor, at Delta Cards from September 1991 to May 2004, focusing on merchant processing and data management.
