Andy Ding is an experienced project manager with a strong background in engineering and contract management. Currently, Andy serves as a Project Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation, having previously held the position of Contracts Engineer at the Louisiana Department Of Transportation and Development, where responsibilities included preparing government contracts and overseeing proposal processes.
