Shelia Montgomery-Dixon has extensive experience in law enforcement and security, having worked at the Texas City Police Department since October 2000 as a Crime Records Technician and a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Texas City. Additionally, Shelia has held positions as a Security Guard at American Guard Services, Inc. and McRoberts Protective Agency, Inc. since 2014, and served as a Records Technician at Texas City Police Records from August 2019 to March 2022.
