The Leadership Team at Texas City ISD is responsible for setting strategic direction, implementing district-wide policies, and ensuring that educational standards are met across all 14 schools. Comprised mainly of principals, along with key administrative positions such as the Chief Technology Officer and Coordinator/Assistant Principal, this team works collaboratively to foster student success, support educators, and engage the community in achieving the district's goals.
