Paul Rivera, PMP, LSSMBB, serves as a Project Manager at Texas Children's Health Plan, managing a variety of business priority projects and analyzing project standards and methodologies. Rivera is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Marine Corps University, teaching online seminar courses for Marine Corps Officers, and previously held the position of Assistant Professor at U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Rivera's extensive military experience includes leadership roles such as Executive Officer for the 3d Marine Raider Support Battalion and the 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion. Rivera has also held pivotal advisory roles during critical operations in Afghanistan. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in History from Texas A&M University, a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and ongoing doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, where Rivera also earned an Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership.
