Paul Rivera, PMP, LSSMBB, serves as a Project Manager at Texas Children's Health Plan, managing a variety of business priority projects and analyzing project standards and methodologies. Rivera is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Marine Corps University, teaching online seminar courses for Marine Corps Officers, and previously held the position of Assistant Professor at U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
