Candice Dosman, MSW, has extensive experience in social work and advocacy, currently serving as the Advocacy Initiatives Director at Texas CASA since October 2015, where responsibilities include program design and implementation for a statewide initiative utilizing the Family Finding model, along with training and coaching staff. In addition to this role, Candice is a Co-Author and Developer for the Family Finding Model, offering training and consultation to support the model's implementation. Previous experience includes roles as a Connection Facilitator/Family Finder and Children's Services Worker at Family & Children's Services of Waterloo Region from 2002 to 2015, as well as operating iCandy Photography from 2008 to 2015. Candice holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Criminology from the University of Waterloo.
