Steve French holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a minor in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and possesses certifications including CISSP and ITILv3. With extensive experience in information security and risk management, Steve has served in multiple high-level roles at Texas Capital since September 2014, including Executive Director and Chief Information Risk Officer. Prior to this, Steve held managerial positions in cybersecurity and information security at Interstate Batteries and Brinker International, where responsibilities included leading teams and managing IT audits. With foundational experience gained at KPMG, MCI, and Scripps, Steve has consistently delivered results in cybersecurity assessments, network management, and infrastructure support.
