Jennifer Kolbasinski, CAE, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Operational Risk and previously held the position of Operations Manager at the Texas Association of Counties since February 2014. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at the Texas Association of School Boards from October 1997 to February 2014, where Jennifer was the Assistant Division Director in Program Administration.
