William Taylor is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in reservations and front office management. Since July 2018, William has served as Reservations Manager at Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, managing the reservation department and implementing critical processes such as credit card authorizations. William has also acted as Manager on Duty and trained new employees. Previous roles include Front Desk Supervisor and Reservations Agent at the same hotel, as well as positions in administration and customer service at other organizations. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University, complemented by experience in enhancing guest relations and operational efficiency across multiple service environments.
