Tonia Alexander Howard currently serves as the Deputy Chief of School Leadership - North at Texans Can Academies, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tonia Alexander Howard was the Chief of Leadership Development and Special Programs and Executive Director at Lancaster Independent School District from July 2015 to August 2022. Tonia Alexander Howard also accumulated significant experience as a Principal at Richardson ISD from July 1998 to June 2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Humanities from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Texas A&M University-Commerce, with additional education from the University of North Texas.
