Yeva Markovitch is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at ICL Group since June 2022 and Vice President of Human Resources at Hachshara Insurance Company LTD. since 2020, Yeva has been instrumental in managing multiple HR functions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities have included acting as an HR Business Partner and leading significant organizational changes. Yeva's tenure at Teva Pharmaceuticals also includes a role as Global HR Senior Director, overseeing HR operations in Israel and internationally, and as Director of Talent Acquisition and Mobility, driving recruitment strategies for a large number of positions. Yeva holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
